Bulk rate discounts:

Colors are not guaranteed, we try our best to match your requested color.
However, color is based on stock availability. We recommend that you choose
2 color choices when ordering. Graphics and colors or components (motor,
wheels, forks, etc.) may vary from model to model and are subject to change without notice.
Canceling my order & fees:
You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours.
Cancellation of a pit bike order: Cancellation/Admin.
fee is 20% of the
invoice total. We do
not accept cancellation of order(s) because of color availability or model
upgrades (bike models are subject to change). We do not allow cancellation
of Stock/Mod, Special Edition pit bikes or Race Ready pit bikes. We do not
allow cancellations due to back ordered models. Most back ordered
models are restocked every 2-3 weeks. There is no cancellations of order if
we are holding your bike for delayed shipping.
Cancellation of a part order:
Cancellation/Admin. fee is 20% of the
invoice total. We do
not allow cancellations due to backordered parts. We do not allow cancellation of custom or special
order parts. Most parts are in stock and available but because of
manufacturing and supply issues with certain parts/brands, occasionally an
item might be backordered. Such items usually restock within 2 weeks or
refuse delivery of any items after they ship you will also be responsible
for all shipping cost associated with your purchase and the restock fee.
There are no refunds for any cost associated with labor or service charges.
We will ship your order within 24- 48 hours after your payment and
conformation are received. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be
processed on the next business day.
Normal delivery time is 4-8 business days in transit. Our shipments come
from our warehouses in Texas and California so depending on where you live,
will determine the exact shipment time. Shipping times are estimations and

If you wish to ship to a different address, you must email us at

We do not deliver bikes to PO Box addresses but can deliver parts to PO
Pit Bikes, ATVS, Scooters, Etc orders:
If you choose us to handle the shipping for you, shipping is free on all
pit bikes and scooters to the lower 48 US States. All products are shipped by GROUND. If
you prefer your own shipping method please contact us. If you need
international shipping please contact us. We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and
Canada also, please email or call for a rate quote. If you live in on
outlying area or an area that is difficult to get to, there may be an
additional charge for shipping your pit bike or scooter.
Shipping on part orders is free to the lower 48 states except for motors
($35 flat rate shipping) and tires, exhaust, and handle bars ($6 per item
handling fee). These items are shipped UPS and require special S & H. We use
flat rate, 2-3 day Postal Priority on 95% of our part orders.

Shipment is damaged upon arrival:
Be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives (even if the driver
has to wait), notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces and mark the
delivery receipt or the receiving
document as "Damaged" or "Missing Items". If you received a damaged item please contact customer support
or call 323-230-6633.
Exchanging an item:
If you want to exchange an item you must notify us within 48
hours of arrival date. We will exchange your product only if the returned
product is in brand new, un-used, resellable condition. Unless the bike was
purchased directly form SSR Pit Bikes USA we are not responsible for
products or parts not fitting your particular model and your exchange may be
denied. All exchanges will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee if eligible.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from SSR Pit Bikes
We do not accept unauthorized packages. We recommend that you use a
signature confirmation when you return items. We reserve the right to refuse
We are not responsible for shipping cost associated with returned item(s).
We do not exchange or return product due to shipping damage. There is no
exchange on custom units.
Return/Refund of a bike order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your pit bike purchase you
can return it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock
fee. Returns are not allowed on units that you have uncrated and assembled. You have ten (10) days to return the bike for a refund. We will not
accept any bike return after ten (10) days.
Return/Refund of a part order:
If you are not completely satisfied with your part purchase you can return
it and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 20% restock fee. You
have sixty (60) days to return parts. We will not accept part returns after
sixty (60) days.
Unless the bike was purchased directly form SSR Pit Bikes USA we are not
responsible for products or parts not fitting your particular model and your
refund may be denied. All exchanges will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee if eligible.
There is no returns on special order, custom
parts, electronic parts or tubes.
Product must be in original packaging, un-used, brand new condition and must

Any damage incurred during shipping or otherwise the product back will be your
responsibility. We do not refund or exchange due to shipping damages. All

warrants that new models, excluding race units or custom built
units purchased from SSR Pit Bikes USA in the continental United States will be free from defects in material
and workmanship for the period of time stated herein, subject to certain

Pit bikes & Vintage Pit Bikes shall be one (1) year from the date of
purchase. Suspension, Exhaust and Clutches are covered for 30 days. "Race
pit bikes" come with a 3 month motor warranty.
Enduros & Dual Sport models shall be one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Suspension is covered for 6 months, Clutch is covered for 90 days on Enduro
& Dual Sport Models.
Scooters shall be 6 months from the date of purchase. UTVs shall be 3 months
from the date of purchase. Battery, Suspension, Exhaust, Clutch and Brake
caliper shall only be covered for 30 days on Scooters and UTVs.
Warranty not available or
implied on modified or upgraded motors or parts. All warranties are
non-transferable. Warranty covers parts only, please read below.
THE WARRANTY OFFERED THRU SSR PIT BIKES USA IS A
PARTS REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF PART ONLY WARRANTY. DURING THE PERIOD OF WARRANTY SSR
Pit Bikes USA will free of charge, repair or replace any part
adjudged defective by SSR Pit Bikes USA due to faulty workmanship or
material. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted
for the balance of the productís warranty period. All parts replaced under
warranty become property of SSR Pit Bikes USA. Replacement part(s) are on
a trade basis only and customer is responsible for all shipping cost
associated with warranty parts. If
warranty is approved, we DO NOT ship out replacement parts until original,
damaged part(s) is received and payment for return shipping is made. If warranty is denied, customer is responsible
for all shipping charges incurred to return those parts if requested back by
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include any failures caused by:
- Competition or racing use.
- Installation of parts or
accessories that is not qualitatively equivalent to genuine parts from
SSR Pit Bikes USA.
- Abnormal strain, neglect
- Lack of proper
- Accident or collision
- Modification of original
repair or attempt to repair.
- Damage due to improper
SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS from this
warranty shall include parts replaced due to normal wear or routine
maintenance; such as spark plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter, cables,
shoes, chains, belts, bushings, outside plastic parts, fuses, rims, fasteners, etc.
THE CUSTOMERíS RESPONSIBILITY
under this warranty shall be to:
- Operate and maintain the
vehicle as specified in the appropriate ownerís manual or by the dealer.

- Give notice to SSR Pit
Bikes USA of any and all apparent defects within 5 days after discovery,
and make the machine available at that time for inspection and repairs at
such dealerís place of business.
- Be prepared to provide
digital photos of any defective parts.

We offer assembly on all SSR products we sell. Please cal lor email for
Products arrive at your door 90-95% assembled. Some minor adjustments will be
necessary, but the process is not complicated and should take no more than
